Body Scrub - Happy Day Grapefruit
I actually bought this for my son-in-law who has really bad psoriasis on his hands.Unfortunately, his job requires him to wash his hands in harsh chemicals. He really likes the scrub and although it hasn't cleared his hands up, he is using it religiously (which he's never done in the past). So, we've all got our fingers crossed!!
Used the scrub over the weekend, half a container as my skin disorder is general - legs, trunk, arms. Jar instructions confusing, sugar never ‘melted’; how can it as there is no heat - energy of rubbing? Wendy’s article in Healthy Living talks about’ pure coconut oil, but fractionated is processed and not pure. I will continue to try it, but will have to mix my own as per her article. Sugar in ‘pure’ or fractionated? Should scrubbing be followed by removal and application of non-sugared oil, a per article? Can I use pure and not fractionated oil?
